Circld legal

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

These terms explain the basic rules for using Circld. By creating an account, logging in, listing an experience, or booking through Circld, you agree to follow them.

1. Using Circld

Circld is a marketplace for discovering, booking, and hosting local experiences such as dining, activities, classes, and workshops.

You must provide accurate account, booking, listing, and contact information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not use Circld for illegal, unsafe, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

2. Bookings and Hosts

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, and delivery of the experiences they list.

Guests are responsible for reviewing listing details, eligibility requirements, location notes, house rules, and cancellation terms before booking.

A booking is confirmed only when the host accepts it or the platform marks it as confirmed. Exact address details may be shared only after confirmation.

3. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Hosts set the price for their experiences. Prices, inclusions, group size, and available dates are shown on each listing.

Currently, Circld helps guests request and confirm bookings, but payment is arranged directly between the guest and the host. Circld does not collect, hold, or release booking payments at this stage.

Cancellation and refund handling may depend on the listing, timing, host approval, and the payment arrangement made directly with the host.

4. Safety and Conduct

Treat other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, and harmful conduct are not allowed.

Hosts should disclose important safety, accessibility, food allergen, age, skill, equipment, and weather requirements where relevant.

Circld may remove content, restrict accounts, cancel bookings, or contact authorities if there is a safety, fraud, legal, or trust concern.

5. Content and Reviews

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you allow Circld to use it to operate, market, improve, and display the service.

Reviews, messages, photos, listings, and profile content must be truthful and must not infringe another person's rights.

We may moderate, remove, or limit content that violates these terms or harms the marketplace experience.

6. Service Changes and Liability

Circld may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Circld is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or issues caused by users, hosts, guests, payment providers, networks, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in India, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise.
